Pre-surgery physiotherapy
Pre-surgery physiotherapy can be beneficial to improve strength and stability around the joint. This can help to optimise your recovery from the surgery.
For day procedures and non-joint replacement procedures you may still benefit from physiotherapy. This will either have been discussed with you by your surgeon at the time of booking the surgery, or physiotherapy will be arranged at your first post-operative appointment.
