About
He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and the Australian Orthopaedic Association (FAOrthA), and subsequently completed an AOA-accredited fellowship at the Orthopaedic Research Institute of Queensland. Dr Moniz has also gained valuable international experience working with leading orthopaedic surgeons across Ireland, the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, and Italy.
Dr Moniz holds public appointments at Fiona Stanley Hospital, Rockingham General Hospital and Fremantle Hand Unit and Albany Health Campus. He consults privately at Orthopaedics WA in Murdoch Square and provides a visiting orthopaedic service consulting at the Great Southern Specialist Centre in Albany on a regular basis. He is a no gap provider with all major health funds.
